Who pays:

Cancelling:

Cancel any time from “Gifts I've Given”, or by replying to your receipt. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

If payment stops:

Nothing is deleted. Their public page returns to the shorter public edition until it is reactivated — by you, by them, or by any family member with a US$20 payment.
