Dins Strautins is an Australian with Latvian heritage and citizenship. He has lived in Latvia more than 10 years, where he established his own businesses in Latvia and worked at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga for 3 years (located on Strēlnieki Iela). As Dins was a soldier in the Australian Army for 8 years, he has an established professional appreciation for the achievements of Strelnieki, so feels it only natural the preservation of Latvian peoples' heritage contributes to the honourable promotion of what Strelnieki have achieved for Latvians to live in freedom.
